Sidebar items disappeared from browser when saving files

As per title, been happening since last few weeks. Attached images for reference, first is my default sidebar. Second is what I get when I try to save files from browser. Only my secondary hard drive is visible.

Am using Firefox and Chrome, both have the same problem.

Ok, found the solution to this. Deleted the “com.apple.finder.plist” in my User/Library/Preferences/ and restarted, did the trick.
