Hi All,

Ive got this problem that when my phones off and I go to turn it back on
I can enter the code as normal but then the second pin code I can’t cause it never comes up on screen immediately I have to wait a while for it to come on or fiddle about in settings to get it to come on screen so I ban enter my pin and use my phone

it’s rather annoying anyone else with it aswell?

ive updated the software last weekend but it’s still doing it ??‍♀️

might be something you need to ask your carrier about. it is not clear to me why your sim would become locked other than something on the carrier side.

The SIM PIN is requested upon each restart of the iPhone. You can clear the PIN under Settings, Mobile Data, SIM PIN.

If you accidentally cancel the PIN request, turning on and off the airplane mode triggers it again.

It’s nothing to do with the carrier it’s the phone it’s just slow at bringing up the second pin code screen as of lately

it’s oviously software related though!

I may have to do that till Apple release a software update that puts it back to normal ??‍♀️

So having the lock on your PIN is desirable for you, it's just not working as expected? OK. I've have never used the feature. Sounds like a bug.

Yep I’ve always had the 2 pin option but it’s just abit odd that I can’t get into my phone when I turn it on as normal... hopefully it will sort in next update ??‍♀️?
