In the last half hour, Siri has stopped responding on all my HomePods and HomePod minis. He’s working properly on all the iOS devices but giving the error on every HomePod.

I’ve restarted them all, bounced my internet connection and signed out and back in.

Is there an outage somewhere, has anyone else got the same problem?

Yep same here for me about an hour ago, I guess Apple have an outage on their service that manages HomePod requests. Hopefully it was just a blip

Same here, sometimes says it can’t hear, sometimes just does nothing and then occasionally takes an age for a simple request. Just mid dumping a house full of Alexas for HomePod and the other half isn’t liking this.

Thanks, we’ve had a HomePod since release but as we have 60+ devices in HomeKit I couldn’t justify one for each room so we went the dot route, however we are now swapping them for minis as of this week with the first few arriving Tuesday on the last outage. Frustrating!
