Siri location reminder picks wrong city

I have my home address properly set for my contact, and I have chosen my contact in the Siri settings.

However, when I try to create a location based reminder for home, Siri creates the reminder for my street address, but in the next city. ( I live in Provicdence, but Siri creates them for East Providence)

Anyone else seeing this?

Any way to fix?

I recently posted a wrong city thread too but with regards to navigation. Do you have the same problem there as well? If I use Google Maps for example, it will "see" me fine based on the blue dot, but once I ask for driving directions, it will start some place else. I am not totally sure, but I think Apple Maps had the same issue. This is my fathers phone that is experiencing it, so I can't verify Siri since I don't think he has it on the iPhone 4.
