iPhone Skip When Shuffling broken still since apple music

Is 'Skip When Shuffling' still broken since Apple music?
Doesn't anyone from Apple test this stuff or don't they even have it on their radar when they beta test and release 8.4.1?

I've been having this problem too. I imagine it happens to every device but a lot of people probably don't notice it.

Mine got fixed for a while in iOS 9 (I think), but it reverted to the buggy behaviour in 9.0.1
