I'm on 9.3b1 and initially after updating all seemed as usual. Then I realised that I was invoking slide over from the LHS of my iPad instead of the right. This is especially annoying in safari for swiping (to be fair, it could be annoying before too but I swipe back more often than forward, so less of an issue). Is this a bug or a feature? It started quite randomly and a hard reset has not fixed it. To clarify, the slide over panel still comes from the right, but it is invoked from the left which makes no sense.
