"Slide to answer" has it changed from 1.1.2 => 1.1.4??

Has the "Slide to answer" process changed from 1.1.2 => 1.1.4 ???

When I originally got my iPhone (came loaded with 1.1.2) - I remember that when I turned Passcode Lock and Auto Lock ON, and a call came in, I had to 1) Slide to Answer 2) Enter my 4 digit password

Now, even if my phone is locked and a call comes in. I can "Slide to answer" and it will answer the call without entering the password. WTF? :(

How can I re-enable this feature?
