Hey, so I have a 2016 13" MacBook Pro running on Sonoma 14.4 using OpenCore Legacy and I recently noticed, that I don't get the full bandwidth on my MBP. I used to have full speed (1000 Mbit/s), but now it's just arround 200-300 tops. The upload is unaffected, I get the full 50 Mbit/s. It's just my MacBook, because my PC is unaffected. I've tried a different cable, different Ethernet adapter even, but nothing helped. I haven't changed any router settings that could affect this, and as I said, I used to have the full bandwidth a while ago (also on Sonoma) I just didn't notice when it started to cap it...

iperf shows a good connection to my router I guess, but I don't even get those DL speeds..

Here is the DL Speed when on WiFi (it's on 5GHz Network so it definitely should be faster)
Wireless Speedtest

And for comparison a wired speedtest:

The network settings also look good, with the full duplex and 1000baseT

Cisco AnyConnect used to throttle my connection with its horrible filters, but I've uninstalled them and the issue was resolved until now(I just noticed it so not exactly now now). I don't remember installing any software that could filter/throttle the connection like that... anything I can try to figure it out and hopefully fix it?

Thanks in advance!
