Whenever I connect my Smart Keyboard to my 9.7 iPad Pro, the charging sound and icon appear on the lock screen as if I've plugged in the iPad to a charger. I took it to the Apple Store today, and they were going to replace the keyboard, but the replacement did the same thing. Has anyone else encountered this? Any advice would be appreciated!
