General SMS Forwarding Broken???

I finished recovering on my new Max from a iCloud Backup and I have lost the ability to forward SMS's to my other Apple Devices...

anyone else...I tried signing out of iCloud and signing on...no joy....anyone else having this issue and knows of a fix?

I had it but it corrected itself after I logged out on all devices and logged back in each one
