So iOS in the Car is now CarPlay

Looks like a name change, perhaps they're getting ready to release.

Is this something new? I haven't read anything on CarPlay, nor dug up anything via forum search. Everything before was iOS in the Car.

It's all done over Siri. No different to asking someone to do it for you. Not unsafe.

Would new cars specifically the sante fe sport 2014 which I just got be able to get a software update for iOS in the car?

Wonder who's dash is this? That looks slick, like it could easily be an aftermarket plug in system...!?!?

How often have you know car manufacturer's to retroactively upgrade cars out of the goodness of their hearts?
