So my 23 inch ACD arrived, but has vertical lines through anything blue

.....so when my ACD tries to display anything blue, it has a very small vertical lines going through the colour. I dont know hy this is, but I don't think it is the graphics card as I've tries both DVI ports and both time the display still had thse lines running through it. The lines are fairly small and you can work witht them, but overall they are just annoying when I've shelled out for a new display.
Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? I've tried different resolutions and the problem still existed.

My 30-inch did the exact same thing. I was told it was a "known issue."

i doubt it, when my powerbook broke they sent me a box next day and then they picked it up and all.
