Software to blur part of movie?

Hi,
I have a MacBook Pro 14” and I’m wondering what video editing software I can use to blur a little part of my homemade video?
It’s not big just some text

I use FCP, but that may be overkill for you. Dunno if iMovie can do that.

Use DaVinci Resolve. Select the area you want to blur with a mask. Track the mask if the area is moving. Blur the area inside the mask. Super easy.
