(Solved) iCloud music library won't sync across all devices

Solved, found this in another thread.

Possible solution! I signed out of my iTunes account on all devices. Then signed in. I had to go back to settings and turn on iCloud Music Library on each device but it seems to be working!

May I ask how much mp3 GB's you actually hold in iCloud Music Library? For me it only seems to upload my most recent mp3 files. I have around 40GB music on iTunes and a 200 GB iCloud subscription
