I have an iPhone 6s Plus. No clue how to use it as a phone. It is my $800 camera!

Last week I took some pictures of where I work - a skyscraper.

If I was holding the camera in portrait position, and I was photographing a skyscraper (i.e. vertical), then why is it that when I view that picture on a website I built it is coming out rotated?

Sometimes I find that my phone hasn’t rotated in the camera app when I thought it had. When that happens, I just rotate the pic in editing. It only happens every so often, but it can be a bit annoying.
