I was going to the gym and the phone was locked in my gym bag.

When I reached for it after unlocking for a brief moment i saw the phone was recording voice….
I swiped the notification bar and this is what it says pic in attach.

I have alredy checked and voice control is off.

What could be recording the sound?

I am very security aware and work as an IT tech.

Believe me I have all the options on off that are connected to mic and camera.

Usually in the end it is user error. If everything checks out then go here:

“Report the hack to Apple directly. If hackers compromise your iCloud or Apple ID, contact Apple directly to report fraud. Here are three ways to notify Apple: Send suspicious emails to reportphishing@apple.com. Call Apple Support at 800-275-2273 on a secure device.”

you can try going to settings>privacy and security> scroll down to App privacy report. Do you wear an Apple Watch?

I am not wearing an apple watch and privacy report was off soo…
What I did do is take out Bluetooth earbuds to connect.
Could it be that I pressed something before taking the phone out?, or it has something to so with earbuds connecting?
