Sony getting hit w/ similar lawsuit than the AppleStore…

While this article is gaming related, it is in the same realm of what Apple has faced/facing now with their Apple Store.

While my search-fuu is not the best here on these forums, I cannot help but see the similarities from past lawsuits against Apple. EA, anyone?

"Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) was sued last year on behalf of nearly 9 million people in the United Kingdom who had bought digital games or add-on content through Sony's PlayStation Store."

If I remember correctly I think this stems from Sony killing the external to them redeemable code market that was used with the PS4.
