CarPlay Sound on CarPlay muffled on Siri and calls

The sound in my car is fine for Spotify, Podcasts and any other apps but for phone calls or Siri the sound is muffled and low from one speaker

Seems to be the same if phone is connected by Bluetooth or USB.
