Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to do a split screen video. I want one video on one side and another on the other. If it can be done in iMovie then that would be great but Final Cut Pro is also available to me as well.

Thanks in advance,

Andrew

When I read your post it reminded me of a post where someone asked how to create a '24' like split screen effect in FCP. I don't know if it can be of any help to you or not (I don't have FCP so I can't test it), but here's the link >> https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/182720/

check the search index

hey there,

This is far easier to do than you can imagine :)

basically, you place your clips on top of each other in FCP. then you reduce the size of each one and move it so they are not on top of each other (on the screen).

detailed information can be seen in the search index of the program or the manual. you can also visit the discussion boards at apple.com/support. go to the final cut forum and search on split screen.

cheers,
