Sports notifications and especially baseball notifications

I'm getting VERY tired of Apple TV+ sports updates on my iPhone and Apple Watch and can't figure out how to turn them off. Any ideas? Drives my wife crazy.

You ought to be able to disable them by going in to Settings > Notifications. Scroll down and tap TV. Then you can toggle the notifications ON/OFF. Or customize them.
