Spotlight issues?

Anyone else have limited spotlight functionality?
I type things in but get no Wikipedia smart result. Can't search movies or sports scores or anything. Is it not in the iPhone version? Maybe it's only in Yosemite Spotlight?
All my spotlight settings are enabled in the settings app as far as I know.

the "suggestions" feature is pretty flakey. I'll type pizza and it will show pizza places near by and then a few seconds later the same search asks to search Wiki

I was also beginning to think I had misunderstood something. My Spotlight searches functions just the same as in ios7. No changes in the results at all. But Apples ios8 pages describes the new Spotlight features.
But on my phone they are apparantly not present. Everything is activated in the Spotlight settings.
