Spotlight Search position messed up

Have other seen their "Spotlight Searc" windows popup at weird positions? When i open mine sometimes it is at the bottom, others at the center of the screen.

yeah, it happened a few times. someone mentioned you can actually move it around with the mouse once its up too.
