Is there any way I can keep what I marked with green and remove the red (all bellow the first raw)?
Running ios 15. I wonder if i am missing something or is just not possible on ios 15. What about ios 16? Is the same? Thank you.

In Settings > Siri & Search:
Turn everything off. Then you’ve got to scroll down to each app you don’t want to show up in search, open it and toggle off all the settings- in every single app.

It’s a nightmare of tedious busy work if you’ve got a lot of apps
