Hey guys my brother got a Samsung galaxy S3 a couple of months ago and found out hat he does not like it at all. I was expecting this 
but anyway he now wants to switch back to an iPhone (previously had an iPhone 4), issue is the ETF would we have to pay it or would talking to sprint customer service help? Or is there some other way to simply swap the phone out for the iPhone 5? Thanks
