SSD almost full Why? Any Help would great

Hi Everyone.. Quick Question. I have M1 MBA 1TB SSD.. I noticed today that the ssd is pretty fulled up.Not sure why.. ( See Photos ) Showing IOS files Ill assume those are back upo from my Iphone & Apps Are using a ton of space. Don't have too many apps on the MBA .. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
