Standby

It was cool seeing the "Standby" feature on iOS and would have been really nice if they added that to iPadOS and more features and then you could turn the iPad into a rather cool smart home display to put on the wall or a stand.

We are getting closer and closer to that with the new changes to the home screen (customisation etc).

Yeah. Was hoping for Stand By on the iPad. Especially my iPad mini 6 which would be perfect for this!

I am starting to think that the reason they didn't announce it for iPad was due to the display; when the OLED iPad Pros drop I am pretty sure it will be a selling point to include support for Standby.
