After some advice please. I have a Mac desktop running Monterey attached to a Time Machine. The whole system is old, slow and clunky, scrambled and difficult to navigate, I think of it as spaghetti! If I was to purchase a new desktop and transfer across I would be infesting the new mac with the old “spaghetti”. Is there a way of saving the contents externally, reinstalling with a more recent OS and selectively repopulating? Similar deal if I was to get myself a new machine. You may have some other ideas and I would be happy to listen. Jaz
