Steam Xbox sale

There's an Xbox game sale over on Steam - I wonder if the MS app store is also holding it. I picked up the AOE 2 the definitive edition (upgraded graphics) for only 13 bucks

I've picked up so many games through Humble Bundle's Choice program that I've largely avoided any Steam sales until I catch up on what I already have in my library. I did hop onto the MS store and XBox apps on my PC yesterday, but didn't see any mention of a XGS publisher sale there.
