This is a stupid question but are there any issues pairing two HomePod to an TV 4k and still being able to airPlay from my iPad ? Is there a limit to devices being able to bluetooth to the TV 4k ?

No, I do it and have done it from all my Apple devices MacBook Pro, MacBook Air,iPad Pro and my iPhone via Airplay but only on my Apple tv, not the regular TV I've even had the speakers from the ATV4 and the stereo Homepods going together without problems
