After upgrading my iPad 4 to iOS 7 on Wednesday, I noticed that, while Siri sounds smoother, slightly faster, and a bit more fluid (less choppy), the actual timbre of the voice still sounds the same. Based on what was demonstrated at WWDC, and in some of the videos I've seen, it seems the voice should be almost completely different.

I've reset all settings a couple of times, while leaving my iPad plugged in over WiFi for of couple of nights, as I've heard that the upgraded voices need to be downloaded. I also downloaded the "enhanced quality" content in the accessibility settings, but all to no avail.

Any insight on how to get the new voice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks, guys. What's strange is that I'm actually in the U.S., making it more puzzling to me.
