iPhone Stock quotes not updating in ios control center

Hi so I have added the stock widget in iPhone ios 12 control center but for whatever reason the stock quotes are not updating. Any fix suggestions? Thanks

Neither are my stock quotes in the STOCK app on my Mac! Why is this so? Is there anyway to change source of quotes in the app? Thanks!
