Storage inconsistencies

So after I upgraded to IOS 16.4 I noticed an inconsistency with my internal storage on my iPad. Specifically when I check my iPad storage it tells me I have about 100gb of storage but when I go to About it tells me I only have 60gb. obviously there’s a discrepancy but this’s happening on all my devices. I was wondering if it’s happening to anyone else.

Nevermind 16.5 update cleared up the problem
