Storage problems

Okay, so I installed Sierra on release with no major issues until yesterday when I realized that my low storage computer is now even lower!

It seems to be saving files on itself somewhere I think in the "Other" section. I try to manage it, and the gigs are not distributed correctly either.


Suggestions or reinstall?
