Strange lines on my 2020 MBP

I noticed these weird lines on my MacBook pro’s palm rest areas on the same part of each palm rest, Are these normal? Does anyone have these on their MacBook pros? Will this affect the value of my mac?

They look like simple scratches to me. Do you perhaps wear a watchband or bracelet that might be rubbing against the case while you type?

If you're trying to sell the Mac, a few small scratches like those shouldn't affect the value much, if at all.

If, however, those lines are caused by the case being bent upward from the inside, that could suggest a more serious issue, such as a swollen battery.

I don’t think anything is swollen on the inside. The computer from the outside looks straight to me, battery seems to work fine.
