iPhone 8/Plus Stream from iPhone to tv

Hello. Would like to stream from iPhone 8 iOS 13.3 to smart tv. Any app or software or Bluetooth do this for minimal cost? They would not have WiFi access. I know can purchase dongle. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Any tv with airplay (like new lg) can do this. Otherwise any old Apple TV will allow it.

As long as your TV/screen has an HDMI input, this is your best bet, I guess. You can also find cheaper equivalents of the same:

Nope. You'd need Airplay via the TV software, an Apple TV, or a lightning to HDMI adapter.
