Just bought a 1Ghz 15 inch powerbook and wanted to use a sierra wireless 555 aircard with it so that I can access the internet through a wireless service provider. I know that there is a hack that you can perform in order for the card to work with a Mac but I don't feel confident enough in my abilities to make sure that it works. I have checked out Stretched out software's drivers for the aircard 555 and I think that I'll just pay the $29.95 for their driver. I was wondering if anyone has used their drivers before? I would just like to know how well they work and whether anyone has had problems with them. Thanks a lot.
