iPhone Stuck on 'APPLE' logo after update on iOS 13

iPhone SE after update from 10.3.3 to 13.0 stuck (boot loop) on start (APPLE logo doesn't disappear and I don't see home screen). Who can help me with this prblm. ? Also try ReiBoot PRO.

Common problem. Some have managed to do a DFU recovery. Mine was bricked and had to be exchanged

My SE was stuck on the Apple logo for probably half an hour and rebooted a few times, but then just worked. I just left it alone the entire time. Haven’t had any problems since. How long have you waited?
