iPad Stuck on Apple Logo Screen During Install

Hello,

I have attempted to install the iPadOS beta on my 12.9 Second Gen Pro and of the 7 times I’ve only successfully installed the beta twice. All the other times I’ve been stuck on the Apple logo. The other times it got stuck trying download/update apps. I also did clean installs and from restored files.

Is it something I’m doing wrong or is it just bad luck?
