Stuck on kernel panic bootloop and keeps restarting

what should i do to fix this..I tried all the possible solutions but still not working. resetting VRam, SMC, NVRAM, safe mode etc.
while resetting to factory default with el capitan and erase the hdd..restore image process has been interrupted. when i bootup the my laptop kernel bootloop appear.keeps repeating itself to restart again and again. Oso
