All Devices Stuttering/Freezing

Is anyone having any issues with stuttering/freezing screens? I have an iPad Air on 13.5, iPhone 8 on 13.5. These just started randomly, no recent apps installed or iOS updates. Often times I am doing something and the screen with stutter as it is trying to do sokething, like switching from messages to safari, etc. It will also just freeze and I have to give it a few seconds before it starts moving along again.

Not experiencing this on my iPad Pro or iPhone xR.

You may want to try each of these steps, retesting after each one: restart your devices, reset all settings, and erase and restore.
