I’ve got three HomePods in my home, 2 fullsize OG’s (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) and a HomePod mini. One of the OG’s is in the living room, then I have the mini in the kitchen which is the other end of the house (would say around 15-20ft away).

Have had this setup for a year, but for some reason the living room HomePod has started to respond/pick up Hey Siri requests I’m making in the kitchen now. It’s causing all kinds of issues with double timers, music randomly starting to play and the cherry on top was the living room (unbeknownst to me at the time) mishearing a three minute timer in the kitchen as a three AM alarm… Let me tell you, that was not a fun wake up.

As mentioned I’ve had this set up for a year and it only seems to have got like this in the past few weeks… has a new update increased the Hey Siri pick up range? Anyone else having issues?
