At some future point I'll want to swap out the 100 GB in the Macbook Pro for a 120 GB. I've read that these drives only work in the MBs, MBPs, and Intel Minis, but I'd like to add it into my G4 Quicksilver, or at least find a way of accessing it (utilizing it) after the swap. Is there a way to do this? And if not as an internal drive, can I find a housing of some sort to use the 100 as an external drive?

Thanks for your suggestions, Paul

Sure you can, all you need is to get an external enclosure that will match the form factor and type of drive you have, i.e. ATA or SATA. Should be straightforward.
