Very niche question for people with Apple accounts in different app stores:
In iOS12 and earlier, if you go to
Settings>[Your name]>Sign out
and then sign in to an app store in a different region, iOS will prompt you with (for example) "This account is for a different region. You will now be switched to the UK app store."
This is fine, and works, but the issue is that if you had music downloaded from the first store it all gets deleted.
Does this annoyance continue in iOS 13?

sorry, i don't know.
just commenting to say i also am hoping for a less intrusive way to access apps (transit apps that use the iPhone's NFC chip, banking apps, etc) offered in a store that is not your (main) store.
although apple Music does now get re-downloaded a lot quicker and completely now than a year or two ago, its still problematical.
