General Synced Books to Icloud not available

I had several ipubs at my ipad which i synced with 9.3 to ipad. but then they dissapeard .. i cannot find them in ibook anymore .. if i go to settings icloud -> ibooks i can see them but how do i get them again to ipad/iphone?

If you tap at the top (the collection name e.g All Books), have you got Hide iCloud Books enabled?

No it is enabled but i do not see
