Syncing apps on iTunes

So since my last sync I've downloaded apps from both my computer and from my iPad. Is iTunes going to delete any of my apps, or will this work out like it should?

So since my last sync I've downloaded apps from both my computer and from my iPad. Is iTunes going to delete any of my apps, or will this work out like it should?

Make sure you click the option to "sync apps" in iTunes. Otherwise it could wipe some programs off your iPad. Happened to me.
