is anyone out there with t-mobile having data stash show up yet?? or a page that shows you got 10 gigs of free stash?

t-mo ipad plan says you get data stash with post and pre paid plans

when i go to mim.t-mobile.com i don't see data stash being mentioned

it says i am on my 200 mb data plan and my 5gb hasn't kicked in, even though my iPad shows i used 500 mb

i made sure to stream 486 mb of video and the mim page won't change

lately i have been having issues with mim not reflecting my actual usage

i called t-mobile and the guy who answered the phone didn't even know what data stash was! and then he told me it wasn't on prepaid. but t-mo clearly says you get data stash on "no credit check plans"

No I still have nothing on my account either. Keep checking for it as I went over my limit for the month and was hoping for it show up soon.

after looking around, i don't think we get this promotion. if you activate the paid data on an iPad using cellular settings , you are pre-paid and you don't qualify

if you go to a t-mobile store and sign up external to the iPad then you are post paid

i think if we want data stash we have to switch to post paid and pay $ plus tax

i emailed tforcechat at t-mobile dot com , thats the new email for t-force , and will see what they say

we still get music freedom, so its still a good deal

im also kind of bummed that mim-t-mobile.com doesn't reflect my true usage

http://prepaid-phones.t-mobile.com/prepaid-internet doesn't say anything about data stash
http://www.t-mobile.com/cell-phone-plans/scnc-mobile-broadband.html says you get data stash

Oh wow that blows if it's true. I was under the impression that any paid data plan qualified for it, like free music streaming.

That's kinda weak. You're still paying for a a 1GB data plan, what's up the technicality?

yeah they wrote me back and confirmed it

Hello! We're happy to help with your questions on Data Stash Prepaid accounts are not eligible for this plan yet (but we're working on it!). You can check out the details here: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-20351 *LG

i think the technicality is that one account is tied to http://www.t-mobile.com and all the prepaid iPad accounts are tied to connect me or mim.t-mobile.com and that entire website needs to be rebuilt

thats what i think!

I'm going to post paid when this data bucket expires

I was thinking about doing that to but, if I have to get and activate a whole new sim card or call these people up I might just wait it out as it says "coming soon!".

I only did on-device activation using the $10/1GB promotion and that expires now so...
