Carrier T-Mobile SIM bent. Oxidized gold side

Hey guys. I just got a new T-Mobile SIM. However, it arrived bent, and the gold plating looks a little oxidized.

I got it replaced in store, and it looks the same.

Will this damage the ipad in any way? I'm worried about ruining the internal contact points on the ipad-side.

Bent? If so I wouldn't put it in any device unless it sits flat in the SIM tray.

Oxidized? That's relative I guess. It isn't going to look like polished jewelry. If concerned, clean it with a pink rubber pencil eraser.
