I just released TabTopus a lightweight macOS App that lets you export the names and URLs of all web pages in your current Safari session. This implies that all your Safari windows and tabs will be scanned in order to extract this info.

This App saves the bookmarks info of all opened tabs in Safari. This means not only the ones in the frontmost window, unlike the built-in function in Safari or other Safari extensions. You can have hundreds of tabs opened in several windows, and you will not need to spend time bookmarking each of them in every window or even bookmark them at all. This tool can be useful, for example, when you only want to have a bookmark or a plain text file with links for sharing with a friend, colleague, or for archiving and saving your current active tabs for later use.
