I just got an email from Tech Armor that their screen protectors for the Apple Watch are on sale.
Here's the picture of the deal from the email:

I've been a long time customer of Tech Armor for years. I already bought them before the sale.
If you want to try them out, glass/film, it's worth a shot for the price they are at.

I purchased the glass protector for the watch a week or so ago. I've exclusively used the glass protector on my 6+. The week I got the phone, I dropped it face first into gravel. Shattered the protector, but the screen was untouched. Since I have the Watch Sport, I wanted something to protect the screen as I am notorious for scratching watch faces on the cheaper watches I normally buy.

I can only see this as a benefit if you have a sport model. The rest have sapphire crystal screens and I can't imagine needing one.

Did you get this exact brand? If so do you mind posting pictures of the glass protector? Im just concerned if its tapered edges?

Thought about getting one. But I got me a model with the sapphire crystal display. No worries. Not even my 10 year Rolex date just II has a single scratch on the glass. No worries.

haha nice spot!

It is the glass version and it is not tapered.

If it's not tapered won't it feel quite a step on the screen? I'm looking for one that has rounded edges. Not rounded sides but just the edge of the screen protector that's rounded meaning you can run your finger over it without it feeling too much of a step.

After putting the protector on, it does look unsightly on the watch. I removed it after a couple of hours and I'll hope for someone to release one with the tapered edges. As it stands now, I'd pass on the tech armor one.
