Telekinesis on Edge

So I have opened a port up on my router, and I can access it on any network wifi (or wired) on any computer at all (or the iPhone)

but when im on edge (on the iPhone) I cant access it. (I get a Cannot connect to server error)
But I can goto any other website on edge.

Any idea what could cause this?

EDIT: I was able to access it on edge before, but it recently stopped

Thought Id update this,

I figured out the problem,
it was Peer Guardian!
